Praveen Waychal the founder of ThinkingCraftsman Consultancy Company is a Proactive business leader and torchbearer of sustainability-driven solutions for focused industries with diverse experience in equipment industries. Over the span of 25 years, he has closely worked in Port equipment and material handling, Construction and mining equipment, Warehousing equipment, Airport GSE, Telescopic handlers, Access platforms, and Special Application Equipment used in Material Handling.
He has worked in India and the Middle East in the areas of Business Leadership, Strategic Business Consulting, and Technology driven futuristic sustainable solutions. His rich experience covers wider areas of business strategies, technology in equipment industries, customer centricity, and growing the learning curve.
The founder is also associated with an NGO Guruji Education Foundation, which is involved in the noble work of supporting the education of intelligent but underprivileged socio-economic backgrounds in India.

His contributions have extended to over 10,000 sales transactions, solidifying partnerships with more than 32 esteemed dealers through seamless collaboration with over 1500 sales executives. Sanjay has meticulously crafted specialized training modules tailored for Original Equipment Manufacturers of various capital equipment and various customer organizations. These modules are designed to bolster individual and organizational performance and enhance productivity. These training sessions have been appreciated by various MNCs with whom he has worked. Beyond these endeavors, Sanjay is deeply committed to sharing his insights and expertise as a Guest Speaker at prestigious Management Institutes, where he has addressed over 500 students.

With a portfolio encompassing over 100+ brands and a track record of completing over 1000+ digital projects across 40+ diverse sectors, Vani’s expertise in digital marketing speaks volumes.
